CHEESE AND CIDER

We breed sheep and goats, with the regenerative grazing method. We make raw-milk cheeses: the fresh and delicate ones, and those aged with an intense flavor. The taste of the cheeses changes, depending on the pastures and the season.

Our production is seasonal: we respect goats’s and sheep’s natural breeding cycle. We milk them from spring to autumn.

We grow apple trees in the pastures and we make cider.

Where can you buy our products? Every Saturday morning, we are at the market in Alba: Mercato della Terra, Piazza Pertinace or you can come to the farm
