We are Alessandro and Arianna, and we run a farm in Mombarcaro, in the Alta Langa, where we raise sheep and goats and we make cheese.

We practice sustainable agriculture. Our production is seasonal: we respect goats’s and sheep’s natural breeding cycle. We milk them from spring to autumn. In our small dairy, we make raw-milk cheeses: the fresh and delicate ones, and those aged with an intense flavor. The taste of the cheeses changes, depending on the pastures and the season.

We organize activities like workshops and cheese tasting for children and adults, in the didactic farm: you can learn about how to make cheese, uncover the secrets of raw milk.

We also offer farmhouse holidays, with two quiet rooms – la stanza della maestra and il granaio. The brakfast is home made: cakes with seasonal fruit and jams, our cheese and ricotta. Come visit us!
