We make raw-milk cheeses: the fresh and delicate ones, and those aged with an intense flavor. The taste of the cheeses changes, depending on the pastures and the season.

Our production is seasonal: we respect goats’s and sheep’s natural breeding cycle. We milk them from spring to autumn.

Where can you buy our cheese? Every Saturday morning, we are at the market in Alba: Mercato della Terra, Piazza Pertinace.
